Membership in the Pathegy Community is intentionally selective.
This is not about status — it is about trajectory, mindset, and contribution.
The strength of the community comes from the quality of the individuals within it.

What We Look For

There is no single profile. Members come from different sectors, backgrounds, and stages — but they share a common orientation toward growth, depth, and meaningful progress.
Typically, a prospective member demonstrates at least three to four of the following qualities.

Contribution

• Able to support others through experience, perspective, insight, or network

• Passive participation
• Transactional networking
• Environments misaligned with trust, respect, and long-term thinking
