Terms & Conditions

All clients agree to our terms and conditions before commencing their coaching journey with us.

Payment

For customers, we accept online payments from all major credit cards via our payment provider; Stripe or paypal. You can also pay by bank transfer with our details obtained from our Pathegy Coaches.

Until we receive payment, you are unable to begin your coaching journey with us.

No refund of the payment will be given in any case.

Frequency and Package Expiration

Packages last for 6 weeks from the date of first session.
We welcome the opportunity to extend your coaching journey. Please contact
us for further information on how to book blocks of coaching.

You can meet with your coach throughout the week, we will try our very best to accommodate your needs, we understand work or business may take priority. However to avoid disappointment, we suggest booking in advance with your coach or if you would prefer to email [email protected].

Your Results

We strive to help each client that we work with to achieve their goals, however each is different and so are the results achieved.

The results that you achieve will depend on your engagement, openness, effort, and time invested. Follow the steps and implement to achieve as much success as you can. The changes you make could positively impact your future.

Session Cancellation, No-Shows, Postponements and Lateness

Package Cancellation

You may cancel or postpone / reschedule your booked coaching session up to 48-hours prior to the start time via our [email protected]. 
Cancelling, failing to show for your session or postponing after this window means that you will forfeit the session from your package. Should you arrive late for your session, it is at the discretion of the coach to decide whether the end time can be extended. You will not be reimbursed for time lost if you are late.

Cancellation by us 

If we need to cancel for any reason efforts will be made to alert the client as soon as possible, and rescheduling will be offered.

Package Cancelation

In the extremely unlikely event that you feel coaching isn’t for you, you can request a cancellation via your coach.

No refund of the payment will be given in any case.

Client Confidentiality

All information that you share with us is strictly private and confidential.

Our coaching team maintains an internal record of each completed session and this progress can, at times, be discussed between your coach and our senior coaching team for continued session improvement and quality control. This information is recorded on a highly secure
digitised platform and can be deleted upon your request.

Services provided 

 Career coaching services are provided where the client and the coach work in partnership to help the client articulate and achieve their goals. No guarantees are made in respect of any external outcome such as successful interview outcomes or invitation to interview.

Privacy

Your data is kept confidential at all times and is of the utmost importance to us. No personal information that is provided to us will be shared with any third party.

We send occasional marketing emails to update you of relevant services you have shown interest in. You reserve the right to unsubscribe at any time in any email sent.

As you browse Pathegy.com and other websites, online advertising networks that we work with may place anonymous cookies on your computer in order to understand your interests based on your (anonymous) online activity, thus tailoring more relevant ads to you. If you do not wish to receive such tailored advertising, you can visit this page to begin the opt out process.
